To My Loved Ones
Thank you to my loved ones for helping me process my grief through talking about theirs.
I recently realized something that I had taken for granted for a long time was the community I have. When I mourned the loss of someone in my life, my family and friends graciously stood by me through all of grief’s cycles. I wanted to write them a love letter displaying what they had done for me and what I can hopefully continue for them.

SKIN tells the off-putting story of a girl feeling like an imposter to her friends and family. It’s about not living up to people’s impression of who you are and being terrified that they would find out that you aren’t the person they want you to be.
